Unreliable Technical Support Company

Kindly note that I am a Telkom ADSL client and your guys have worked on our server last week Thursday and they have messed up my internet connectivity and today Telkom is still struggling to get them to fix my line. My latest reference number is 138ATK250121 which your technicians claimed to have fixed. They even closed the following reference number "137ATK220121" without fixing the problem
