Unprofessional behavior

On the 10th of October, Openserve was to come and install a fiber router between the hours of 08h00 and 10h00 and only to arrive at 12h30. They did not have the router to be able to install the fiber line, so the technician told me that he will be at my place again between the hours of 08h00 and 10h00 on the 11th of October just for Openserve to send me a new booking slot at 09h00 on the 11th of October. On the message they say "Dear Valued Customer" but that is not the case at all.
