Unprofessional and incompetence at it's best

Terrible service. Line has been dead for days!!How am I suppose to work?!

A "technician" was sent out to check for damages, but nothing could be found. The Openserve "technician" pitched up at my house wearing flip flops and a dirty shirt....during a pandemic.

I have friends who have been offline for over two weeks. Quick to cut people off for a delayed payment, but don't reimburse people when they have a issue on their side. If I go to Pic n Pay and they can only supply me with half my groceries, I only pay for half. Why is it that we have to pay full price for a service that YOU can not supply in full???
