UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I am with Afrihost and you are their fibre of choice apparently. No fibre by me for a week now and you are getting all the blame from Afrihost and you and not contacting me either. And apparently I am not allowed to contact you directly. Come on guys, you were quick to install within 3 days, including a weekend and now a week to find a fault. Who is not doing their job properly. I have asked for a Manager to contact me, you have not contacted me either. Afrihost keeps apologizing but its not helping the situation.
