Unhappy client

My provider is brilliant but then we all need to deal with Openserve as the are the only supplier of Fibre in our area. Every single time when loadshedding ends in our area I have no internet connection. Openserve staff is rude and not interested to help. When I phoned them to lock a complaint for the lack of service I was told I cannot do it myself it need to be done by my service provider. Using loadshedding as an excuse is no longer acceptable. We all deal with it. It is starting to cost me extra one as I need to find another way to connect to do my work. I'm in Pretoria East. Is there no other company that is actually able to stay online that can take over the Openserve clients?
