Unfinished work

Openserve was digging through our street's sidewalks on 26 Sept 2017 to lay fibre /cables. They dug a trench through our tar road (Rigel ave, Waterkloof Ridge) and left a mess! 1. This is a very busy road and was the trench was not filled properly to accommodate the high traffic. 2. The trench became much deeper leading to a lot of cars damaging their tyres and shocks. The rain contributed to an even deeper problem. 3. Due to Openserve's unfinished job, neighbours started to fill the trench in the road to lessen car damage, but the road needs proper repair and tar! Openserve needs to finish and complete what they started!!!!!!
