Unconcerned, disinterested and unbothered

I placed an order for installation and a router through Afrihost as matter of urgency when moving into a new apartment.

It has since been a week with no correspondence whatsoever.

I contacted Afrihost and discovered that they cancelled the installation because they "couldn't verify my address."

No attempt was made to contact me and ask any questions or notify me, and no effort was made to resolve this. They just cancelled everything and left me in limbo.

I require the internet to deliver work. To earn an income. To pay my bills. This issue is unbelievably unacceptable.

I'm appalled by the levels unprofessionalism.
