Unacceptable and ridiculous service

My Vodacom fibre has been down since Saturday I kept calling Vodacom only to be told that they are waiting feedback as to when you will resolve the issue on your side. This is totally unacceptable and extremely ridiculous service as members of my household work from home and now we can get any work done because we have to network available.
