Got fibre installed at my house on Friday, the router they had was not working so they said they will come back later that day. Fine, they did not come back. Called the guys who were installing and said they will be there on Saturday. Saturday, the guys did not pitch up, so I called... again and they said on Monday they be at my house, today is Wednesday and those pupols still have not pitched. They do not give feedback, I am the one who is calling them. Openserve sent me text saying that my fibre is connected and ready to use but no ish is working... BAD SERVICE FROM THE INSTALLERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO IT. EVEN IF THEY COME AND FIX IT(CAUSE THEY HAVE TO), I WILL STILL NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE ESPECIALLY AROUND ME TO USE OPENSERVE RATHER OPT FOR SUPERSONIC... I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT BEFORE THINKING ABOUT TELKOM WHO CLOSES SERVERS. ***
