Total incompetence and lack of customer service.
On 28 May 2021 my fibre connection went down. My ISP logged a ticket and on Friday 04 June 2021 a technician came out and tested inside and then went outside to test on the pole. He returned and said another technician must come out, he cannot fix it. My neighbour contacted me on Sunday and asked if I have connectivity, as he has been down since Friday. On Monday 07 June 2021 another technician arrived in the afternoon and tested my line and found that the fibre cable between the "slimbox", the box inside the house and and the CPE was faulty and replaced it, and there I had internet. My neighbour had in the interim logged a call with his ISP and Tuesday morning an OpenServe technician arrived and tested his line only to find that the technician of Friday physically CUT my fibre cable and inserted my neighbours fibre cable into my port. He obviously rectified this, but could not repair my cable. I have been able to contact a senior manager in OpenServe, but he said he cannot do anything as my ISP my log a call - REALLY!!!! I am telling them what the issue is but because I have an *********** ISP, I have now to wait until I get some sort of miracle and a call is logged. WHY CAN YOU NOT JUST LOG A CALL ON A CUSTOMER BEHALF, CONSIDERING I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT CONNECTIVITY FOR ALMOST A MONTH ND IT IS AN OPENSERVE TECHNICIAN THAT CAUSED THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!! Joke is they have the monopoly in the area.
