Too Many Trees

I have never quite seen a company like this. After getting a phonecall on Friday where I was told I need to wait until Monday so a technician can come to my house and assess my previously installed fibre line from Vumatel, the technician comes to my house only to tell me he can't do the work because I have too many trees in my garden and he needs to send his "contractors" to come trim them before I can get my internet back. NEVER did I have this problem with Vumatel. I won't be using the Vodacom fibre line anymore and will be moving to MTN. Thanks to Openserve, Vodacom has lost a loyal customer and I sit here with a useless fibre line.
