They politely persisted despite Covid and Christmas

Prompted by Axxess ISP, Openserve technicians came as promised to the house and when they found problems, reverted, even to the point of coming on Christmas Eve! They were polite and efficient, although a little more notice on the last visit would have been appreciated. Everything worked well and they explained what they were doing adequately.
