They don't even deserve the 1 star

They don't even deserve the 1 star. We registered via Mweb on the 21st of July. Within 2 days, we received the router and was promised an installation connection within 3 to 5 days. To date, no installation or connection done. We call mweb on a daily basis, enquiring about the installation only to be told that they waiting on openserve or that it was escalated with openserve or no feedback from openserve they not sure what's the delay etc.
