The worst

My wifi went down on Monday 29.11.2021 around 23:50pm. I was obviously in bed and only noticed the next morning where i logged the issue with my service provider VOX at 6am tuesday 30.11.2021. A technician from openserve comes out at 1pm the same day and states that the splitter was struck by lightning. He then escalates the issue to be resolved. It is now close of business 01.12.2021 and I have had zero feedback from anyone. I will be writing a scathing review of my service provider who is equally useless as they have not called once with any feedback. I have called VOX 8 times over the past 2 days and have gotten the same response, "no feedback from openserve".
