The terrible customer service

Hi Openserve, I just came from your sister friend MetroFibre, is everything okay, are you guys going through something, BECAUSE WHAT IS GOING ON?????? I’m going to copy, paste and word according. I hate the fact that I am forced to be a Karen, but here we are on a Saturday afternoon, almost a week of listening to openserve ramblings with no solutions. We have called, texted, emailed and yet here we are. You literally shove your deals down my oesophagus when you want my money, but when it’s time to live up to your words, what is this garbage. A whole week of listening to you tell me about cables this cables that, WHY ARE YOU NOT SENDING A TECHNICIAN, WHY ARE YOU NOT GIVING ME THE SAME ENERGY WHEN YOU WANT ME TO JOIN YOUR SERVICE. I have been silent and giving you the benefit of the doubt, but guess what, HERE WE ARE. I have no internet, we can not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your services are pathetic, can you guys please sort out whatever issues you are experiencing in the workplace and get back to offering your customers the service we deserve as paying clients. If not, close up shop. We will understand and respect your privacy, what you will not do is play me like a fly on feces.
