Terribly Disappointed

Telkom / Openserve helped us with a telkom fibre instalation about 3 months ago.

Everything was working perfectly up until middle August.

The internet will be working and then it just stops and the red LOS light starts flickering on the Open Serve box. It's then off for 2 hours and then it comes on again. Yesterday we were without internet for almost 7 hours, today we're off again for 3 hours. Then it came on worked about 20 minutes then it went off again.

It's just our internet not working, the neighbors around us uses the same telkom fibre and they are working.

Could you please give advise? I did phone telkom 4 times already the keep saying they will send someone out but we've been waiting about 3 weeks now.
