TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! NEVER USE THEM

Terrible terrible service!!! We ordered a 25mb line through Afrihost via Open Serve 4 WEEKS AGO already using the Afrihost promotion. We have had calls between us and them countless times now in this 4 weeks. Open serve came to do the installation on the Sunday and the man said all is good, line will be activated and line will be activated. By the Monday the modem was delivered and paid for. After connecting the modem the internet was not activated. After several discussions, whatsapps and phone calls the next day the they eventually told us the LOS is still red and Open serve needs to activate the line on their side. After another 3 day still nothing. We phoned Afrihost again and they said that the problem was still the same and the matter will be escalated to the manager at Open Serve. We phoned each day to follow up because the can not let us know! Some calls they said there were no notes on the account, other calls they said they were still waiting for Open serve and other calls they said they will re open the issue!! By this Wednesday we called them trying to cancel, they promised to sort it out. This was apparently the first time in history of Afrihost they had this type of issue according to us. When you call to complain they just hang up on you! Well it has been 4 WEEKS, no answer, no progress and no help at all!!! What can we do? I want my money back!!!!!!!
