Terrible service

I have app**** for fibre with MWEB and openserve 4 wekeks ago and have still not had my fibre installed. A lady called me from the call centre and said that the technicians will be coming the following day between 8-10am, i waited till 12 am. It is impossible to get a hold of mweb or openserve. I am still waiting for them to contact me regarding my fibre installation. Service is horrible.
