Terrible Service : Don't waste your time

Terrible service. I placed an order for a new line via Mweb and selected open serve as the service provider for my fibre installation. 7 weeks down the line and still no communication despite numerous calls and follow ups. I decided to write a letter to express my disappointment and asked whether the info was adequate to cancel my order. No one called, they just cancelled my order without trying to remedy the situation! What upsets me most is that my local service provider was able to give me the service within 10 days, but I was trying to save on a mere R80 per month, which was not worth it, the stress , loss of income as I need a stable network for work purposes, frustration and 90 minute calls per week to follow up on the order. Order placed on 1 Feb, notification indicated service will be provided by 10 Feb but by 24 March, nothing! Very disappointing
