Terrible Service

I have a fibre connection to my house from Openserve through an ISP. My fiber line has been down for a week and I just don't seem to get any joy from them. After many calls to my ISP and in turn them calling Openserve, I had a call yesterday and was told they will send a technician. It is now 24 hours later and still no sign of a technician. It is the worst service one can get. Impossible to get hold of anybody with authority to assist.
