Terrible service

<p>Openserve technicians have been sent by Telkom to install my Dsl line 3times now. First tech said we ordered voice line, when we explained it was dsl, he said he would go back and sort it out same day. Never happened. Last month 2nd tech came. Said another tech had given our line to someone else, he would sort it out in 2-3 days. No apologies or accountability for our line being given away. Never returned. Last week 3rd tech came, found a cable and said problem will be resolved in 1-2 days. I am still waiting.</p>
