Terrible everything

Terrible customer support, downloaded the openserve connect app because the wifi was off for days and not a single word from them, my is told me they are just waiting for openserve to address the problem, internet has been going down every single month since then, for at 3 to 5 days at a time, it's getting frustrating and there's absolutely no customer support from the isp, which is Axxess. Do not recommend
