TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely terrible customer service! No feedback on installation from Openserve whatsoever! Been without internet and without feedback for a week, and no matter how many emails you send they will never phone back. AND THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM OTHER THAN THEIR STUPID BOT!! Now I have to pay for a service I don't receive. Service delivery is terrible and wish they didn't have a monopoly over the fibre market. Shocking!!
