Terrible Customer Service

Due to one of their technicians doing a new installation for a fibre line in our area, the technician damaged our existing fibre line, two days ago. A call was logged by our ISP, a technician was sent out yesterday, however he could not fix the problem. After trying yo contact them on all their social platforms, no feedback or indication of an ETA has been communicated. This is absolutely shocking service.
