Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service from Openserve. No network for days and keep on saying a technician has been assigned but no contact and no one shows up . It does not help that the ISP Homeconnect acts as middleman who says they cannot do anything. You cannot speak to Openserve as a customer. Terrible experience
