Tempering with our residence materials.

I would like to report Open serve for their behavior. 2 weeks back they installed Fibre cables and we told them that they shouldn't temper with our meter which they did, the water meter was fixed lucky enough but yesterday 22 March 2023 they did the same thing, our Meter is damaged, they had the guts to close our water "totally" and what triggers me is that they were busy working at night around 9:30 pm and the was no electricity at that time. Now our Meyer is damaged and it take days for people from johannesburg water to come and fix the problem. If this matter is not fixed by the end of tomorrow I will go open a case for this company and it's employees for what they are doing.
