Telkom / Openserve - pathetic service

Mariannhill Park - 3 weeks after fault logged, Telkom VDSL fault still not assigned to any technician we're told. We've been telling the Call Centre people that we know that the fault is an actual broken physical line from the pole, we can see it hanging!
