Telkom openserve fibre failures

Telkom Openserve is dropping the ball big time in Queenswood Pretoria area. We now have fibre shedding with loadshedding. It is not a problem at homes, since homes have UPSs, inverters and solar, but the fibre line goes down. On their app they claim full coverage, the reality is starkly different. Very sad situation and does not seem that they are bothered, even if you log calls.
