Telkom - OPEN SERVE IS THE WORSE PRODUCT EVER OFFERED

I have checked all reviews and this is the worst Telkom service ever!

My package is for R299 a month yet R800 was deducted from my account and my wi-fi is off.

When Trying to get assistance no-one is able to help no matter what.

I want my money back and this service canceled
