Telkom Open Serve installation complain

Mr Alex Welcome from Open Serve eventually arrived at my home today to do the installation that I scheduled for Friday specifically before my dog would have been there and before there would be any furniture in the home to make it easier for them. He phoned me Friday half past 4, after I have been waiting for him from 12pm, with a lame excuse that he had a dry cough, this after I received a notification that he was on his way at 12pm. Today he is complaining about what a difficult job this is going to be and his hitting my dog and throwing him with water because my dog is in the way. Really dissappointed. Now my dog has to suffer because he clearly took an early weekend and is not in the mood to do the job.
