Telkom and Openserve

What a disaster the “Openserve” app which I downloaded after a fault was reported to receive updates. Can’t believe this is an app of a tech company. Shocking and ineffective.

Telkom faults line support are even less useful. Reported faulty WiFi connection 24 hrs ago and all I know from the app and the Telkom call center is “working on it”.

No information can be provided as to what they working on and an estimated time of repair.

Crazy and appalling service and information availability and information updates.

Not surprised they are performing poorly and retrenching.
