TELKOM AND ITs EMPRY PROMISES!!!!!!!!!

From a 4 years service with Vox, Telkom came along and offered Openserve 1 month free service. We thought, well, maybe Telkom have jacked up their service, products, customer service, offers and Technicians. BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD move.

The 1 month free worked so well even during loadshedding all of us in the house stayed connected. My Call Center agents even got exited because of the fast speed and internet connectivity, increasing their sales and daily productivity.

So we canceled a 4 year, really not bad service and decided to give Telkom another try. After signing the deal that fit us a technician arrived yesterday for installation. Literally 15minutes after he left the connectivity stopped. Tahida confirmed that the technician Craige that did the installation will come today to fix. A technician arrived today, looked at the router and told us somebodyelse will come and fix the problem.

My Call Center is down for 2 days full and a minute ago we called and was told......WE MUST WAIT TILL FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

5 DAYS LOSS OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
