Technicians never pitch for FTTH installation

<p>I submitted my FTTH installation about a month ago - I have had a number of phone calls outlining a technician is coming to install - I have taken 2 days leave so far but no one ever pitches.<br /><br />The same day I submitted my application a technician came to my house - basically just to say he couldnt do anything and would be back the following week - this never happened.<br /><br />Contacting Telkom FTTH/Openserver support numbers are completely useless and cannot give me any update/feedback regarding my installation even though I have a reference: ********** 56A.</p>
