Technicians never pitch and horrible service

<p>We've waited a month now for openserve to finish our fibre installation. When we call them they say we have to go through our service provider. We get our service provider to log a call with openserve's service manager but then nothing happens. The techie never pitches when they do eventually schedule a date, and they don't even have the decency to just communicate if they can't come. And now we just keep going in this loop of the service provider logging a call with the service manager to send out the techie... everyday the same this happens but nothing happens after that. It's just horrible service!!!!!!! </p>
