Technician no show!

<p>An openserve technician was meant to come to connect my fibre yesterday 30 April as confirmed by phone call last week. I waited at home all day and no one arrived. The contact person assured me that the technicians work on Sundays so it would not be a problem. I wander when I will hear from them? </p>
