I am really very unhappy with the service I got from Openserve via Afrihost! I know Openserve is life in my area as my landlord in the mainhouse on the same premises alteady have an Openserve connection put in as soon as they went live!! Now Afrihost through which I app**** for Fibre says Openserve say they are not live in this area uet!!! Afrihost were very quick to deliver the rooter and take my money !!! First Openserve could not pinpoint me.... reduculous as the owner is connected and i am in a gardenflat on the same premises!!! Now Afrihost send me an email saying my order is now on pre order or something!!!! I want to cancell my application with Afrihost and they can come get their rooter and pay back my money!!

I am sure Telkom or Vodacom will be able to help me immediately but I thought Afrihost had a good deal!!!
