Strange connections
So im finding it hard to get a message to telkom that there is definately some ***** happening in the background. Funny enough - they only allow people to call their call centres and those people never are able to escalate anything to the right place.
So why put this here??? Vodacom and openserve have a contract eith each other for fibre. However fibre is outsourced by telkom to do work of installing lines.
Now i app**** on 30 january 2019 for an adsl line with telkom. On the 11th feb OPENSERVE said there were no ports to install a line for us. Later they then said they can upgrade us and then now they just stalling.
Putting the pieces of the puzzle together, i was called on the 13th feb 19 by Record Fibre optics whose infrastructure provider is OPENSERVE trying to put me in touch with having a contract with them. The lady said another agent would call to set up a meeting with me. Although i prefer TELKOM but their service is really going down, i thpufht id give them a try.
Another lady called later on the 13th setting up a meeting. She said she was from CHANNEL DYNAMICS FOR VODACOM.
the guy came but he was actually from CREATIVE COUNCIL FOR VODACOM/OPENSERVE.
Are you seeing the connections here???? Ive told your call centre agents this but they arent geared for this.
Are you going to run yourselves down or is this your own doing to bring some companies up and run TELKOM down...
Its exactly whats happening in our country.
How did these people get my number. Openserve came here as i requested a line. Then they gave my info to the relevant people. Marketing companies gave me yhe call so there is no real link probably but PLEASE REALISE YOU MUST BE BLIND UNLESS THIS IS ALL DELIBERATE.
Telkom spent so much in setting up fibre but are now allowing OPENSERVE AND VODACOM to sell us the contracts ???
It doesnt suit me yo have a vodacom contract i want a landline too so that is the reason i also am bringing this up
