Still waiting for my installation after 1month

I’ve been waiting for a month to be contacted by openserve to connect my fibre as they’re the only people who are available in my area but honestly their incompetence is beyond me. If you are looking for a reliable network provider I’d suggest you look else where because these guys are not serious about business.
