Still waiting

I placed an order for fibre installation last year, literally LAST YEAR! My service provider is Afrihost and a few weeks ago I received my Router, they're very efficient. And they told me to wait for Openserve to contact me. Week's later I'm still waiting for openserve. We have a work from home business and everything has been put on hold because we still do not have our fibre connection installed. I don't understand. It almost February. How is openserve not at the very least responding or letting us know when anything is going to happen.
