Still no new line installed! Another missed appointment worst service ever!!!!

The worst service ever! Makes numerous appointments they don’t keep. Taken two months for new line installation through afrihost who also don’t do much to rectify the **** service I’m getting. Again made appointment for today 19th technician just doesn’t pitch! ****ing shocking! Can someone tell my why it is so hard to get a installation complete that they started last week 🤬 next I’m taking this all over social media. Also affects afrihost as they looking terrible as Internet provider thanx to Openserve!!!!
