STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Absolutely useless service provider and the most shocking part is they haven't even fully started providing a service. Registered for one of their packages through Web Africa (even more pathetic) and its been 2 weeks that I have provided proof of residence as well as providing the pin location and pictures of the front and roof of the residence multiple times and they keep asking for the same information over and over. You can never get a timely response from them. Even if you respond to their email first thing in the morning, you only get a reply the next day. They have made no effort to try and get the installation sped up but were extremely quick to request the R100 activation fee be paid. What a pathetically poorly managed company.
