Stay away from OPENSERVE

I stuggled to get my fiber line fixed for more than two weeks now, Twice they just closed the tickets without doing anything. After about ten day they eventually came to fix the faulty line. Needless to say, One day later the line dropped again and the old problem was still going ... They are now officially worse than ESKOM, and believe me ... THAT is bad !!!
