Stay away from open serve Telkom

They don't even deserve 1 star Telkom Openserve is the worst I regret signing with them and I have not had network for 3 days, I finished my 30 days free trial and paid for my subscription but no access to internet, been calling them over 10 times every day but no success, all they do is to give me ref numbers and tell me that my case has been escalated, no other commutation or whatsoever, it trash, pure nonsense, they agent sounds like they don't know what they are doing hardly understand anything
