So so useless it's not even funny...

We have been without Fibre for 5 days now. Openserve can just not fix the issue. This is for an entire estate, all different ISP's. Keep logging tickets & reporting, nothing happens. They come to your house, say "oh we will have to report it" nothing nothing nothing. What a useless bunch of individuals.
