So far no service or comms since first query was logged (over a week ago)

We have been waiting for Openserve for over a week now to respond to our urgent query to simply come move thier lines as we have renovations taking place. Out of all the building tasks this is the biggest delay of them all! Not only are we waiting for them to move the cables to continue renovations but they are actually holding up my father who is a stroke patient from being able to move into the room! On top of this… someone there marked the query as completed meanwhile we haven’t had any response from them or through to thier Broker Gigiwave. Worst fibre service! Don’t go with them!
