Shockingly bad service from Openserve.

T. Jackson did my install and splicing. He did it incorrectly and instead of fixing it put in a request for another dept to sort it out, I waited 3 days while working from home for the other dept to get back to me. The technician that was sent out told me that the splicing was done incorrectly. I have been trying to get mr Jackson to assist me in rectifying HIS mistake. He has since provided me, with reference to my call with Home Connect, false information as to the status of my line. He is a **** and is *********** in his role. I have given him ample chance to rectify his mistake he has in turn chosen to ignore my plight.
