Shocking Service if you get Any at All

Shall I say more Openserve....

Your service and after sale service is absolutely SHOCKING. 3 days our Fibre has been down, Only for AFRIHOST to tell me that Openserv are still deciding if they need to send a Tech.

YES.... you need to send a tech. I've done half your job for you trying to get my line up and running, with your 500 ways to FIX IT, yet you can see the LOS is down and you deciding what to do.

Till now, after numerous calls, emails, tickets and all else that fails me, my line is still down and no Tech... not even a phone call.

Can someone just assist me please?
