Shocking service from Openserve

Shocking service from Openserve. The technician came 2 days after we app**** for fibre (via Webafrica) and after an hour of looking busy he mumbled something that he can't install our fibre now. We were told he'll be back either the next day or the day thereafter and that someone from Openserve will contact us regarding the problem with the installation. It has been 2 weeks now and neither us nor Webafrica have received any form of feedback from Openserve.
