Shocking service from Openserve.

It has now been more than two weeks since our fibre installation was delayed because of mistakes made by Openserve, and we still have no clear communication, no accountability, and no ETA for installation.

Every time we follow up, we are met with excuses about backlogs and other clients being prioritised. Meanwhile, our business has had to sit and wait because of an issue that was caused entirely by Openserve’s poor planning and internal miscommunication.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of urgency. No proactive updates. No proper feedback. No ownership of the situation. Just endless delays and empty promises.

For a company of this size, the level of service and communication has honestly been unacceptable.
