Shocking service by outside contractor

We were recently contacted by an employee from Fortel a subcontractor. He had been tasked with migrating our copper lines over to fibre. Upon his arrival he only migrated 1 of my lines. When questioned regarding the migration of my 2nd line I was informed that it was not in his work order. The quality of workmanship a 5 year old could do better as they do not carry the tools for copper so I was left with a cable stretched across the wall very unitedly. Today the same gentleman came to migrate my 2nd line and again with no tools to work with copper. Leaving the same mess he did last time. The 2nd line is not working at the jack. When I asked him to sort it out his reply is he does not know how to work with copper. After he left I discovered that the 1st line was now not working. I contacted the gentleman from Fortel and informed him that it was not working he said that he would be back later which he never did. Whoever these people who are doing the migration have no clue of what is going on.
